Today was a very unique day for all Erasmus students as the Italian teachers organised a day trip to the ‘Nicolosi’ farm who are responsible for supplying many local shops and restaurants with their produce. There they make bread and honey, grow olives, oranges and lemons and luckily the group got to sample them all!
The scenery as you will see in the images was absolutely spectacular! It was a hands on experience where the girls helped bake bread for lunch and trekked up through their land to get fruit. We were lucky that the weather was cooperative also! Today’s work will all feature in our final project work that will be completed tomorrow!
