Our camogie team travelled to SETU Carlow to take part in a novice blitz on Thursday. Thankfully the sun was shining and this set the tone for a very enjoyable day full of skill and enthusiasm.
For many of the girls this was their first time playing a competitive camogie game but they acquitted themselves very well and worked hard throughout even against stronger more experienced opposition.
We don’t have to wait too long until our next outing as we head for Raharney next Tuesday to take part in another competitive blitz.
