Reminder – World Book Day 2026!

Reminder to all of our students – Meán Scoil Mhuire celebrates World Book Day 2026 on Thursday 5th March. 

There are a whole host of competitions and activities planned for you all and we encourage everyone to get involved – let’s bring this day to life!

Remember to dress up as your favourite hero, heroine or villain – the more creative, the better! A Fashion Show will take place in the Gym at 1.45 for all in costume. 

Drop Everything and Read is also scheduled for tomorrow so please remember to bring a book of your choosing to read! 

And why not get involved in our Poetry and Short Story writing competitions?! There are lots of great prizes to be won!!

There is sure to be something for everyone and we are sure it will be a spectacular day!
