TY News
We are just back from our bonding day in Roosky where we participated in a number of adventure sports which included kyacking, archery, rockclimbing, abseiling and mudslides. It was an exciting day, the weather was favourable which contributed to our enjoyment. Thank you to Ms Griffin and Ms Devaney for accompanying us. As part of our bonding evening Ms Griffin and Ms O Brien brought us to ‘DNA’ in the backstage, a Backstage Youth production. The Geography classes got to know their local environment better with a walking tour of Longford town with archivist Martin Morris of Longford Library. The tour was both interesting and informative. Thank you to Ms Hardiman and Mr Regan for organising the event. We continue our exciting programme with lessons in sign language, photography, karate, dance, ECDL, junk couture and journalism. It promises to be an exciting year ahead!
